- requirement for due diligence mechanisms capable of identifying and assessing the risks of re-exportation to Belarus of restricted good and mitigation of such risks. Moreover, Union operators are required to ensure that legal persons, entities and bodies established outside the Union that they own or control also implement those requirements.
