- embargo on goods and technology which might contribute to Iran’s capability to manufacture Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
- ban on provision of certain services
- ban on certain investment
- embargo on intellectual property rights or trade secrets as well as grant rights to access or re-use any material or information protected by means of the beforementioned
- restrictions on admission of natural persons responsible for, supporting or involved in Iran’s UAV programme and natural persons associated to them
- freezing of funds and economic resources of natural or legal persons, entities or bodies responsible for, supporting or involved in Iran’s UAV’s programme and associated to them

- ban on the export, transfer, supply or sale from the Union to Iran of components used in the development and production of missiles
- ban on the export, transfer, supply or sale from the Union to Iran of further components used in the development and production of UAVs
- ban on the engagement in any transaction with ports and locks
